Eligible refunds

• Approved returns received in eligible condition within the return window.
• Cancelled orders that have not yet shipped.

Non-refundable items

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Partial refunds
